Returns Policy

 ** Only full priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded but can be exchanged for another item or a credit note.  

Exchanges  

Must be within 30 Days

Please take care when trying on items to ensure that no item is stained with make-up, deodorant etc. Items that are stained or worn will be returned to you.

Make sure to include a note with your return indicating your name, contact number, address and original order number (you will find this on the order confirmation email) and what you would like to exchange your item for.

Returns

Must be within 60 Days

To be eligible for a return/refund, your full priced item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note we do not allow returns on sale items but we can issue a credit note or exchange for these.

Please include a note with your return indicating the reason for the return, your name, contact number, address and original order number (you will find this on the order confirmation email). 

 

Please note: 

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.   
  • You can send your return/exchange with your chosen delivery service Eg. An Post etc 
  • Once you have completed your return, you are responsible for keeping note of your tracking number.
  • We are not responsible for any returns or exchanges until they have been received at FitPink HQ.  

Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is received it will be inspected
  • Once your refund has been approved your refund less the shipping cost will then be processed
  • Your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This can take from 3-10 days depending on your bank
  • Sale items can not be refunded but can be exchanged for another item or credit note.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. We process returns immediately after we receive your item back, but banks can take some time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Gifts
If you receive a FitPink item as a gift we can provide you with an exchange or a credit note.  Refunds can only be made to the card/payment method that was originally used to purchase the item. 

Ireland Returns 
To return your product from Ireland, you should mail your product to:

You can return your parcel with your chosen delivery service Eg. An Post etc 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

** Orders containing PRE-ORDER items will not be dispatched until the PRE-ORDER item arrives in with us. The approximate arrival date is noted in the product description. Should you require the other items (if any) shipped before the PRE-ORDER item arrives in, please note that there will be a delivery charge of €4.95.
